Bitscanner is a position monitoring and research dashboard. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. Any trade or position generated by the platform is for the personal use of authorized users only. Users are solely responsible for evaluating any trade or position before acting on it.
Bitscanner does not hold, custody, or have access to user funds. All trading occurs on the user's own cryptocurrency exchange account (e.g., Bybit, Bitget). Funds remain in the user's exchange account at all times.
Cryptocurrency trading carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not indicate future results. The platform's machine learning predictions are statistical estimates and may be incorrect. Users may lose money. The site owner makes no guarantees of any kind regarding performance.
Users who provide exchange API keys are responsible for setting appropriate permissions on those keys. The site owner recommends restricting API keys to trade permission only and explicitly disabling withdrawal permission. The user accepts that any trading activity executed via these keys is the user's own responsibility.
Bitscanner is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The platform may experience downtime, bugs, or interruptions. The site owner accepts no liability for any losses arising from service interruptions, bugs, or incorrect platform behavior.
Access may be terminated at any time at the discretion of the site owner.
